Products & Orders

All products sold by JAZinx Ltd are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order has been placed and payment has been received.

As production begins shortly after an order is submitted, orders cannot usually be changed, amended, or cancelled once placed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all order information, including sizes, colours, designs, personalisation details, and delivery information, is accurate before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock and production availability issues.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
If an obvious pricing or product listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before production or fulfilment begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery information is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to production requirements, shipping services, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
Personal preference
Incorrect colour or design selections
Accidental orders

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order.

Items must not be returned to us unless expressly authorised in writing by JAZinx Ltd.

Any unauthorised returns may be refused.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@jazinx.co.uk.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the fault or error

We may request additional information before assessing the claim.

Replacement Policy

Where a manufacturing fault, product defect, or fulfilment error is confirmed, JAZinx Ltd will provide a replacement item.

Replacement is the primary remedy offered for eligible claims.

Replacement items will be produced and dispatched once the claim has been reviewed and approved.

Refund Policy

As all products are made to order, JAZinx Ltd does not provide refunds for:

Where a fault, defect, or fulfilment error is confirmed, a replacement item will be offered as the first and primary resolution.
