This helps reduce waste and ensures every product is created only when needed.

Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. JAZinx Ltd does not generally store full payment card details.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment providers supported by Shopify.

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law:

No. Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or incorrect colour selection.

If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please do not return any item unless specifically instructed to do so by JAZinx Ltd.

Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Yes. Small variations in print placement, sizing, or garment measurements may occur during production and are considered normal manufacturing tolerances.

As we do not accept returns for incorrectly selected sizes, it is important to check measurements carefully before purchasing.

We make every effort to display colours accurately.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, and individual display calibration.
