Made-to-Order Products

All JAZinx Ltd products are printed and manufactured specifically to order. As each item is made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect colour or design selection
  • Accidental orders

Please review all product details, sizing information, and order selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To report an issue, email info@jazinx.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the fault or error

Once we have reviewed the information provided, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement.

Replacements

Where a manufacturing fault, product defect, or fulfilment error is confirmed, we will provide a replacement item.

Our policy is to resolve eligible issues through replacement rather than refund.

Replacement items will be produced and dispatched once the claim has been approved.

As all products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect colour or design selection
  • Accidental orders
Where a fault, defect, or fulfilment error is confirmed, a replacement item will be offered as the first and primary resolution.A refund may only be considered at our sole discretion if a suitable replacement cannot reasonably be provided.

Returns

We do not accept returns of made-to-order products.

Items must not be returned without prior written authorisation from JAZinx Ltd. Any unauthorised returns may be refused and may not be processed.

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
